My only thought is to try a re-install of keysoft using an empty sd
card (I say empty so you don't lose any data off the card, though that
is a remote possibility). A kernel load failure is a serious, very
low-level problem that suggests a corruption somewhere on your flash
or keysoft system disk (probably the latter). Of course, if hw said
not to try this, for whatever reason, their word superceeds mine.
