Hi folks,
Quite a good chat today - it was fun talking to people via
Talking Communities. And my apologies for writing the chat
instructions in a haste and may have forgotten one or more
instructions for joining us (next time, I'll review my words
before submitting it).
Anyway, just like phone conversation, we talked about a few
things, including:
* BrailleNote and competition: People said that, because of
trends, Apex would fall behind and may have to catch up to be
more competetive in this changing technical stage. Some even
asked people if they could write to HW about hold-ups in features
which has been promised long ago.
* Recent trends with HW: About feature sets that were released in
recent versions of KeySoft and trends on switching to Android.
* Playlists and media player: A person wanted to find out how to
create a playlist and file types supported by media player on the
Apex. And another user commented on lack of speed and pitch
adjustment settings, which people felt it was a good suggestion
for HW.
* Modernizing KeySoft: some participants felt that people should
ask HW about modernizing KeySoft's workings.
And other topics, including file download issue in KeySoft 9.2.
In the meantime, the recording of this chat will be posted to our
site by tonight, and an announcement will be sent out once the
chat is up (the phone recording will be availible by next week at
the earliest).
Cheers,
Joseph
