Hi Michelle,
I'm not sure if it was me who gave you those instructions, but
since I know how to do it, I will post the instructions. Here is
how to write a signature in Keymail:
1. Go to the Keyword menu and create a document called signature
in the Keymail folder.
2. Write your signature and save the document.
3. If you want a signature for reply emails, make a separate
file in the Keymail folder called reply signature.
