Hi Jan,

To copy an email address, position your cursor on the "from" field of the email
and press backspace with k (control with k). Then, exit the email folder by
pressing space with e (escape). When you arrive at the main keymail menu, hit
w to write a message. At the "send to" prompt, press backspace with v (control
with v), to paste the address. You do not have to edit out the person's name
or the surrounding quotes or < and > than signs that surround the email
address. These copy and paste commands work for all fields where you cannot
enter the block commands. These include keymail, directory of service, and
keylist fields, and the address bar of keyweb.

To back up your address list, enter the file manager by pressing f from the
main menu. Hit c to select the copy option. Select flash as your drive and
keylist as your folder. Hit space with x (read with x) so that all documents
are viewed. Hit space until you have selected address list.cdb. That's the
file you're looking for. Remember that you cannot view this address list via
any other machine that a voice or braille note. HTH,
