Hi Listers, Yes I forgot about the archives so hopefully when I need help in the future I can look at the archives. My Braillenote file where the emails were saved looks like one line of jiberish almost like a Web address. I will rename the file taking out the brf extension and remember the archives are out there on the Web. Thanks for the help. Lisa
