Hello! Yes, I've tried the reset to get rid of the access denied messages as well as for other reasons. <grin> I was leery of trying the reset with dots 1 2 3 but have been told that nothing serious will happen, so I'm doing it now. I promise I won't blame anyone in particular if something gets erased.
