Hello List: I opened a Word 2000 document I received from work using the Voice Note Keysoft5.0 burned in to rom and it works wonderful. I've done this before but to night and not sure why I haven't tried this before but when in the document I use ctrl-c to open another document and the unit just beeps. I checked under the help and it does say ctrl-c, anything I'm missing?
