Hi, You might need to make sure your new isp is first in the isp registry. I had this same probblem, After doing everything I could think of, tech support suggested I check to see that I had the correct isp and its protocol listed first in the directory of isps. Sure enough, I had several corrupted copies of my Isp protocol in that directory. When I corrected the problen, and re-entered all information in the sign-on menue, e-mail worked like a charm, This may not be your problem, but it's worth a try to check it out.
