Hi. I called tech susport this morning and got right through. I got excellent service, and I have also gotten excellent service from customer service every time I've called them. Kudos to Pulse Data. I guess it depends on how busy they are like everyone else, and I wasn't feeling very well yesterday, sorry. Anyway, I wonder how the word Roberts appeared before my e-mail address which is Nungaréarthlinksionet in my last message. How strange. I checked the address, and it didn't appear that way. Oh, well. Tech support gave me info on how to fill out a form. My next projects will be creating folders and using Bookshare. Nancy
