Hi, List, After talking with two tech support guys, I ended up downloading Keysoft 5 from the web site and re-installing it. I can now open .brf files and read them.
But there are still some bugs: The underline sign appears in 6 dot computer braille as dots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 instead of dots 4,5,6. I am still not able to add computer braille codes at the top of a text document. I must type one word before I add computer braille codes. Anyway, I'm glad one problem was solved.
