Hi I'm probably being very dense here, but is there a way of saving a directory of service record as two records. I have one service provider, but two email addresses. I would like to create one record so that when I call it up I dial one email box, and another record so that when I call that one up I dial my second email box. There is only a slight difference between the two records, so what I would like to do is to save my first record twice and then make the necessary trivial changes to the second copy.
