Roselle, how do you work the print to file thing? Is this a feature where you can look at your document before you print it or what? I know my wife sometimes says my backup notes look weird when I do the file export thing, and if this file print option works better, I will use it. However, when I go in and follow your guidelines, I get a list of options and if I just enter so as not to change anything except that I enter for "file" at the "port" prompt, I am returned to the Keyword menu. When I then enter on the "print" command, it goes along and even says that the port I have selected is "file" but then says "Printer ready?" When I say yes and everything, the bn pauses for a second and then goes back to the keyword menu. I am using 4.01 with a classic motherboard, and I am using a bt model. Thanks.
