Sarah, Thanks for reminding me about the prompt you get when you exit a non-Keyword file. Now to spare you from getting that prompt each time you exit, press S, instead of Y or N, in response which is the command to suppress that prompt. The next time you exit that non-Keyword file, you won't be prompted anymore whether you wish to save it as a Keyword file, but the changes you've made will still be saved, and the file type will be preserved. This works for both the BT and QT. I've given the QT commands to switch from Keyword to Keyplus and back in an my reply to Jenine's post.
