I have a student whose braillenote is missing the keylist files: When hitting "enter" on the address list at the main menu the filenames, add address, look up, emboss, etc all come up; however, hitting "enter" results in the message that there is no database and, of course, asks if the user wants to creat one.
In looking in the keysoft system disk, I find that the keylist folder is missing along with the downloads folder. Can anyone advise as to how these files can be retrieved or reinstalled. The user has keysoft 5 build 24. Thanks for any assistance.
