Dear Tina, I don't know the location of the winzip program but here is how I zip up files:
1. Locate the file you want to zip using Windows Explorer and make sure it's selected. 2. Press the alt key to activate the menu. 3. Press the letter f for file and then press the letter n for send to. 4. The first option you will see is "compressed zip folder." Press enter and the file will be zipped up. I hope this helps.
