Hi guys, People have reported various problems reading newer versions of word on the bn, getting that dll class not found msg. There were two suggestions given by myself and others: either use the PC to convert it to an earlier version of MS word, or convert it to a pocketword file.
I recently received a file as an attachment that was a pocketword file. I tried to read it through keymail, and my bn locked up. I then tried to detach it, and, upon going into keyword, I got the dll msg. I reset the unit, but still received the same msg. Are there limitations on pwd files with the bn as well as doc files?
