Hi sharon, Mine took a long time, but I think it was because at that time, Humanware and Pulsedata had just joined, and everything was a little unsettled at the time. I also ordered through my independent living center, which then ordered the product through Rehab who ordered it from the local dealer in Salt Lake City. That could also have been a factor.
