Roselle, thanks for the information. My big computer is screwed up at present, so I haven't tried your suggestions, but I will do so as soon as possible. I simply copied the message using control c and then control v to paste them to a folder in my c drive. I didn't do a "save as" or anything like that. Should I go ahead and re-save using the "save as" command? I'm using outlook 2000 as my e-mail program.
All I can say is, thank God for the BN since my computer's down I'm still able to send and receive e-mail, all be it sometimes a little slow, it works great, and it's really cool to write and read my e-mails in contracted Braille, use the spell check or whatever and send them. I find I really like that part of using the BN, even though I didn't think I'd ever use it for e-mail. Take care and thanks for all the good, solid information you give the list.
