Hi, When trying to plot a virtual route from my home to an address in another town, I invariably get the error 'unable to create route'. This has happened approximately 10 out of the 12 times I've tried it, ie I've only had two successful automatic route creations.
This happens whether or not I've reset the unit prior to starting and whether or not I'm creating a pedestrian or vehicular route. The distance doesn't seem to matter either as it happens on towns between 40 and 500 miles distant. Also, the error can crop up immediately or after the progress count reaches the twenties.
