Hey, I wrote that post, because I can't use it because the battery is completely dead. As far as people talking about this issue, I do agree, that we have probably said all that needs to be said. PDI has been told many times that the BN needs updating. When someone gets frustrated and has tried to speak their mind to a company, and has not been listened too, then, they make their feelings known in this manner.
Now, if the person who helped me buy it were alive, I guarantee, he wouldn't be mad at me for not using it. In fact, he would have probably did his own complaining to PDI. Lynn
