Hail, all ... I'm not sure whether this is "off topic" or not, and apologise if it "wastes" anyone's time; but I'm simply emailing to retract the thanks I previously offered "Kirstyn" for her time and attention to misleading me (and everyone else) about BrailleNote's Column Reading Mode bug. I don't know how much such misleading "she's" been up to because I never have the time to go right through (or anything like) an entire daily digest. I just pick out what I think might be of value at my current level of competence and for my current requirements. My own feeling is not solely that "Kirstyn's" behaviour constitutes commercial sabotage, but that "she's" tried to make fools of blind people going about our lives as best we can. I trust this aspect of "her" abuse of her position of employment will be adequately taken into account.
I believe I need say no more, if "her" employers are, indeed, monitoring this list in a more normal commercial spirit. 'Bye for now, John Goddard.
