Dean, Well now I am totally confused. I reverted to Outlook 2000 as suggested by Pulse data Uk, by phone and I still cannot get my voice note and contacts in outlook to sync. I keep getting an error message from the voice note saying: "please install the latest keysync desktop software before syncing. sync abandoned" The annoying thing is pulse data uk said that they would ring me back in 20 minutes and that was 4 hours ago.
