Hi there Jill, I'm sorry, I don't really understand your question. First let me note that it would be much much easier if you were to simply enter the web browser, log onto a website, and then enter the internet options menu using enter with m (control with 2), select internet options and then delete temporary internet files. Why don't you just try this and see if it clears them? Then you won't have to worry about your other problem. lol. HTH, Laura
