Hi Paul, Yep, press s when exiting a non-keyword type document will cause the prompt to be "suppressed", that is, you will not hear it when you exit the file.
As far as I know, the easiest way to then save a nonkeyword document to a keyword document is to press space with s (control with s) from within the document, and when asked for the file name, press backspace with x (control with x), until you hear, create a braille document (keyword type), or create a text document (keyword type).
