Hi, Sounds like the neckloop may have the plug which is slightly smaller than the mini plug for the bn. However, you should be able to get an adaptor from your local radio shack for only a coupld dollars. I'd suggest taking the braillenote and neckloop in with you and try the adaptor. That way you're absolutely sure you have what you want when you walk out the door. Nothing more frustrating than to go and purchase something only to get home and find out it's the wrong thing.
