Hi, Jay. You should try the steps in the readme file that is with the GPS
software. First, rename the windows folder on the flask disk. Call it
anything you want; it's just temporary.
Next, do a hard reset. It's a three-finger reset, but you need to lookup
the keys for the qt model.
Now, try to reinstall the GPS software. That should do it.
If the install is successful, you can delete the folder you renamed. The
combo of the hard reset and the GPS install have recreated your flash
windows folder.
