Hello, Jeff!

I had the SAME PROBLEM with the tech support!!!  I sent an e-mail to one of the 
tech support staff, but he himself NEVER replied!  I also sent a different 
e-mail to one of the staff in the customer service, yes, but, again, she NEVER 
NEVER NEVER replied!!!  What is wrong with PDH???  That is why I find PDH a BIG 
REAL SUCKER!

Now, you, PDI staff, understand that communication with PDH SUCKS!  You need to 
do something about the problem!
