Hi Gary, There are several websites that offer TTY/relay calls for free, but not all of them are accessible with a screen reader and Braille display.
Could you give me the URL of the website you're referring to? NXI (the company who makes NexTalk) allows you to place free TTY and relay calls on their website, but several deafblind people have complained about the site being completely unuseable with a Braille display. If there is an accessible website which offers this service for free, it would be a wonderful resource -- especially for those who do not own a TeleBraille or cannot afford the NexTalk software.
