Sandy:
Have you reset the unit using dots 456 on a bt and jkl on a qt?? and if so,
did the message reappear? If this happens frequently, you should give us a
call so we can RMA the unit and get it in to take a closer look. It is also
a good idea to Make a backup of all important files either to a flash card,
or active sync to a pc.
