Hi Ann, It seems to me like you're going into the Favorites Menu instead of the Internet Options Menu. The Favorites Menu is accessed by pressing ENTER with dots 2-3-5, but the Internet Options Menu, which is the one you want, is entered by pressing ENTER with dots 1-3-4. The menu contains an item called "Internet File Management", and you go in there; you will see "Clear Cookies" as one of the options, so you just hit ENTER here. It only takes a few seconds. HTH.
