Do you have a pocket word option? If so choose it as I have had no problem
with this on my system running office 2000 professional (with updates).

Hi all,
Which word format is supposed to be used when saving a file to be read on my
BN? I though I remembered someone on here saying that it had to be word 6.x
format, because keyword is reading PocketWord docs.
When I tried tried using this format I got an error message and I was returned
to the menu. Can anyone tell me how I should be saving docs on the pc? Other
than text files anyway. Thanks.
