Hi Kellie,

The bn will grab the file if it is saved in other than a keyword type document. 
 If it is saved as a keyword braille or text doc, the bn will tell you which 
type it is saved as and ask if you'd like to save it as another type, since no 
one but a notetaker user would be able to read it! *grin* Laura
