1 goto the options menu and I don't know the commands for the qt keyboard since 
I use a bt, but on mine, while in options, hit space with i for the support 
info mode.
To exercise the braille display, press x while in support information mode.
You can stop the exercise and start it again by pressing enter.
I think the previous and next thumb keys control the speed.
2 about how much space you have, goto the file manager menu and go into the 
directory.
When it asks you for the drive, hit space for the drive list.
You can now scroll through the list with space, or you can hit the first letter 
of the drive you want but do not press enter.
Instead, hit space with i.  You will then get the name of the drive, followed 
by how much space is free, followed by the size of the drive.
