Hi Lyn, Apologies in not being able to respond sooner re your KeySync problems.
The only way I have found to resolve this is to delete the ActiveSync partnership, remove KeySync, after making sure it is closed first from the sys tray. Then reinstall KeySync and then reestablish a partnership. You will need to do a full sync again though.
