I finished editing a document and decided to spell check it. I went into
the spell check menu and found that the English spell check wasn't
loaded. When I looked at the directories of the flash and keysoft system
disks under dictionaries folders, I found the appropriate files were
there. I tried copying the USa spelling dictionary back to the Keysoft
System Disk thinking that would solve the problem. This wasn't the
case. I then erased the usa spelling dictionary from the keysoft system
disk which I was able to do. I again copied the same file from the flash
disk back to the Keysoft system disk. Spell check still didn't work! I
found previous posts I had saved on the topic and went through the outlined
steps and still the spell checker does not work! I then thought the USA
spelling check file might be corrupted and tried deleting that file. I get
an access denied message. I tried reinstalling Keysoft version 5.0 and
still I'm not able to spell check a document. I have tried all resets and
still no luck. I can't get the English or US Spell check to load. My unit
keeps telling me that the English spelling dictionary isn't loaded, I get
some kind of access denied or the file is being used by another
process. Quite often I'd start to spell check my document and my unit will
leap out of the menu and go right into my document very quickly! What
should I do next?
