Tina,
I may be wrong about this, but as I remember, only books that have a regular 
zip extension, which is what Bookshare books have, but somehow they include a 
password, can be unzipped by the Bookshare application.
My guess is that even if you rename the extension, the format is different and 
the program will not unpack it.
Like I said, I could be wrong about this, and if I am, I would like to know so 
if I get a book with a different extension from zip, I will know if the bn can 
unpack it or not.
The fact that the bn can unpack regular zipped files, by the way was not 
planned as far as I know.
It appears to be a by product of the Bookshare application.
