terry, try doing chord u then immediately press dot 4.  I also believe that
you have to hit dot 1 after the dot 4.  chord u means that the very next
character is an upper case one. All subsequent characters are lower case.
Do you know computer braille or do you need chart of it?  Let me know and
perhaps can help you.
