I agree with Lisa on this matter. I use my BrailleNote for two jobs, being a volunteer public address announcer for local baseball games, and training others in its use. I cringe every year when I have to send it in the get the Braille display cleaned.
One might say, "Send it in when you take a vacation." Good idea, but I like to read to my family when we travel, and the BrailleNote is sure more convenient to take along than umpteen volumes of Braille materials.
