I don't know why, but it seems that I am the only one who has this problems.
It is not the same problem as what used to occur, which was where you would
exit the document and get the "parameter is incorrect", or some such message.
Now, I exit the document, and when I re-enter it, information from the end has
simply been chopped up. How reliable can a piece of machinery be when it
cannot even store data? It used to be that I only had this problem with my cf
card. I found a work around by making sure to press space with s before
leaving. Tedious, yes, but it didn't matter because at least I kept my data.
However today I lost an entire week's worth of notes when I opened the file and
the information was j... GONE! This machine IS called a NOTETAKER correct? It
should be able to "take notes" if I'm not mistaken. I suppose that now I'll
have to back up my ENTIRE flash disk daily, instead of just the really
important files. Hell, I think I'll start making two or three back
ups of everything, since I can't even trust the backup to, you know, back
things up.

Maybe it is because of the onboard memory, but I still have at least 7 megs of
flash memory. If anything, I prefer the old bug, because at least you were
forewarned that you were screwed. The document was a pretty small keyword
braille file. Of course, I can't be sure of its original size but it is now
53509. Quite manageable I would think. I just hope no one ever asks me what
my personal experiences have been with the bn. I'm not to sure they'd like my
answer. Laura
