Each tool has a purpose. Each piece of equipment is a tool in that tool box and we pull out the tool that works best for that job. For example placing braille on the bottom of a print paper for identification at a later date is the job of the braille writer or slate, where as writing a longer item in braille might be completed on the Braille Note. Some tools are used more than others, but it is still a needed tool, and is needed for that specific job.
