I have used a retracted ballpoint pen.  It seems that you can find a pen
almost anywhere.

I ended up using the end of a marker with a slanted cover.  My pinkey was a
little to big.  I got a beap and everything worked after that.
Is there a command to take you back to the top  of the list like like top of
the page does on a computer.  After I read the sections for chapter two I
need to get to the top of the list to pick one.  Thanks.  Terry P
