Hi Sharon, While you are able to use ActiveSync with Windows 98, you cannot use KeySync (not to get confused between the two).
KeySync is only supported under Windows 2000 and Windows XP and will only synchronise the contacts in KeySoft 5.0. It does not synchronise email.
