I once wasn't able to log in simply because I hadn't put in something since I
thought I didn't need it, but it turned out it was the difference between being
disconnected and being successfully logged on by the BN. I knew all my info
was correct, but the problem turned out to be that in the User Name and Email
User Name fields, I had just put the part of my email address before the at
sign. When I first started using KeyMail and KeyWeb, it wasn't necessary to
put the email address in its entirety, so when I got my BN back from repair, I
figured I didn't need to do it. The setting must have changed sometime before
my unit went into repair because I had to do it on my PC, but I had never had
to change it on the BN. Since it worked before, I figured it would work again.
Perhaps this might have changed in your settings, and it's now necessary to
change it on the BN as well. When I put in the email address in its entirety,
I was logged in just fine. I use EarthLink, so your configurations are
different than mine for sure, but just a thought. HTH.
