Hi RICHARD,

Yep, I'm using ks 5, but I really do think it may just be something with my 
unit, as it happens quite often and no one else seems to have mentioned 
anything about it.  I would also like to say that, as promised by Jonathan, 
I've been contacted off list about this so hopefully we can come to some 
conclusion.  Laura
