Hi! guys I'm having a problem first of all it was because the english spelling dictionary wasn't installed. then I called Technical support to see if they could help me out with the problem instead it got bad. We tried to create the folder again, then he had me delete some folders. What do I do? I use the braille note becides my computer to check my e-mails in the morning's pluss loging on with my e-mail. it doesn't let me do it. when i log on it says that the pass word userid is invalid. If you have a pop3 account are you supposed to do pop.3.highstream.net or pop3.highstream.net smtp.highstream.net or [EMAIL PROTECTED] Please help me tell me what to do. The technician said that I would have to send the unit back to get the 5.1 rom burned in to my unit.
I allready had 5.0 burned in to it before back in August of 2003. what happends if you erase any chitchat and some files that have a dll extention andthe windows folder please help me? You know what a few weeks ago some one had said that when you guys update the manuals you should have some thing to reinstall theenglish spelling Dictionary. Also I really think pulse should have a toal free tech support instead of the 925 because I know I've spend allot of money on that phone call and all it did was make things worse. I was able to check my e-mail before now I can't threw my braille note. I know it's not the service provider because you guys know I would be able to check from my braille note. Any suggestions would be great. Sorry if I have affended any one on the list. It's just becides the computer all I have to check e-mail is the braille note. I hope this can be fixed that I don't have to send the unit back. Thank you very much.
