Subject: [Braillenote] copying word documents

hello,
can anyone help. I am trying to copy a word document from my computer
to my braille note, which uses keysoft version 4.01 I am getting an
error message which says Cannot convert file , the file converter is
unable to load the converter required to process the format of the input
file. The name of the unavailable converter file is "and wasreferenced
in the software\microsoft\windows CEServices\filters\PWordData\Import"
registry key. Any ideas?
