Hi Lisa, Your email problem has probably been experienced by everyone using keyma%l. I don't know exactly why this happens, but I can tell you that it would probably be a lot quicker if you would just let the email hang itself and finally download than disconnecting and reconnecting. When an email hangs itself it will usually take 40-60 seconds to finally download, depending on how large the message and how full your database. Disconnecting and reconnecting, depending, may take longer than that. Also, remember that when you disconnect and reconnect, the bn will still download all the mail that you have previously downloaded. Meaning, if the 10th msg out of 20 hangs, and you disconnect, when you reconnect, the first 10 will be downloaded again. You will not see actual copies of these messages because the bn will recognize that that msg is already stored in your inbox. What I'm saying is that you are really taking more time to disconnect and reconnect than to just let the bn work itself out. HTH, Laura
