I think he can choose format menu, ink print settings, layout, line spacing
and change it from there. Just using layout only affects the document as it
would be embossed. This is so that you can do a single spaced Braille copy,
while having it ink print in double space.

Subject: [Braillenote] Printing a BrailleNote document, doublespaced

Recently I received this senario via Email.

A student using his braille note has written a document. He wishes to
present an ink-print, double spaced hard copy print out to his teacher.

(unfortunately I don't have an ink print printer to test my solutions and
can't find clear documentation in the Utility Index or BrailleNote manual.)

Assuming that he has a compatible printer set up and ready to go, What is
the most expeditious way to achieve this result!

For example:
Is it necessary to begin by using the "save" feature and converting the
original KeySoft braille file to a KeySoft text file?

Then he could go to the Format menu, Lay out section and change line spacing
to double. (Can he change the default from single to double spaced when
printing documents so that all subsequently created documents will be
printed as double spaced?)

Then he must exit Lay Out, confirm changes, exit document to Word menu,
select Print, confirm folder, file name and confirm on "printer ready".

That's quite a process, eh! Is there an easier way?
