Hi Desiree, I don't personally use a network, but I think I can offer a little help. You can buy the network card that's been tested by Pulse Data from Pulse Data HumanWare in California for about $205 including shipping. The number for Pulse Data HumanWare is (800) 722-3393. It says in Appendix C that this is the only card which should be used, but I don't know about the use of other cards. Checking your settings might help; with other programs involving the BN, a slight error in settings on the BN or PC has been the difference for me between the operation working successfully and failing to work. The card can only go in one way, and it won't fit if it's put in upside down. Besides this, I can't offer you any more help because I personally haven't had any experience with the BN and networking, but I hope this helps in any way. Maria
