I'll address this message to Bob as well.  From what I've been reading on the 
list, I'm not sure how well the back up utility works so that's why I copy 
instead of backing up.

As a rule for me, I never save any files to the Voice Note, but I do copy my 
address and directory of services to a CF card.  This is only my opinion of 
course.  smnile
